We use this information to assess potential recruitment matches, communicate with you, operate searches, prevent duplicate introductions and maintain an auditable recruitment record.

Candidate control

Candidate information is not intended to be publicly searchable. We will seek permission before disclosing identifiable candidate information to a prospective employer.

Storage and retention

Application data and documents are stored using access-controlled cloud infrastructure. Records are retained only while reasonably needed for recruitment, commercial, security and legal purposes.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information. A dedicated privacy contact address will be published before the service begins active commercial outreach.
